My regular civilian primary care was Paul Barter RNP at Dr. Emerton's office. Paul {fellow NRC Watertown, Navy Shipmate of mine } suddenly retired last month !! I was at a loss for primary care {outside the Veterans Administration}. I went to Dr. Williams "Complete Family Care & Laser Center". I was assigned to Shelby Scordo P.A.To say I was VERY impressed with their efficiency and thoroughness would be an understatement. Wonderful people ! They surpassed every expectation I had.
I have been going there since 2009. Dr. Black has always been very knowledgeable and professional. I trust him completely. The staff is excellent and knows people by name. There is always a friendly face at that office.
