Many patients appreciate the presence of a friendly therapy dog, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. While most visits are handled promptly, some patients have experienced longer wait times. Dr. Koloms is great and patients are comfortable with her. The practice is recognized for its commitment to patient care and satisfaction. They are very nice, not judgmental, and extremely helpful with trying to get patients the best glasses. They did not up charge or do more testing than deemed necessary. Patients are pleased with the results of medical procedures and the practice is thorough when it comes to ensuring the on-going health of eyes. The practice strives to make improvements and has added additional seating and staff to help with backlog.
