Vicki has been a real saint to my family. She has gone above and beyond the help us fight with my Dell warranty.Dell has consistently run Vicki around and she has been fighting on our behalf. She knows her stuff, she has really helped cut through all the BS Dell has given and been an angel to our family. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any PC work done. Vicki is a true professional that is worth her weight in gold!
I have a pc tower that's way newer than my monitor screen.that apparently is obsolete for the video connection port for because my monitor can only use blue or white connectors when my tower can now only use hdmi.
Found out that I either get a new monitor or start using a TV screen
