They were very informative about almost everything. Our vet tech, Gina, was very sweet towards my pup. They had little photoshoot with him since he is new. Overall they were all sweet and very nice. Extremely knowledgeable and doesn't try to 'upsell' you on unnecessary things. I hate having to take my pets to the vet, but bringing them here makes it a little easier.”
