When they called me, they went thru the diagnosis, next steps, what was happening and why, how they were addressing the issues and how he was doing. Dr. Mendelssohn was easy to talk to and very gentle with our young puppy. She didn't show any sign of pain when he vaccinated her. Dr. Patel and the staff are fantastic, caring, and always create a positive atmosphere. My dog usually gets anxious at the vet, but here he appears to be at ease and even enjoys the visits. The level of professional care is exceptional. When my pup fell ill, Dr. Patel personally called me with the analysis results and has consistently been available when needed. “This is a very kind and casual vet. Really lovely people front to back. The only downside is how busy they stay. This is at least partly because they always give you the time and attention that you and your pet need when they're with you. But they do a great job of managing the chaos and getting to everyone eventually. They so clearly love your pets too.“
