I called A. Stevens. P&H regarding servicing my water softener. They were very helpful and courteous and spend time to research my system. In the end they decided that my system did not need servicing. I would definitely recommend them.

If I could give more stars, I would. I was having some kind of weird issue with the wiring of my oil burner. Vince took his time to figure out what the source was and efficiently solved my problem. He explained the situation and the resolution to me and answered all the questions I had. The owner, Steve, came to my house as well and also took his time to answer all my questions. They were helpful, kind and very patient. I would not hesitate to recommend they to anyone.

I have used A. Steven before and thought they were pretty good & reliable. However, my feeling have now changed. They worked my boiler yesterday and it shut off this morning again. When I called them back the emergency on call technician was very rude and short! He called me back saying he would have to charge me to come back out. I called another plumbing company which came and explained what was happening and how to prevent it and was a lot cheaper than A. Steven.
