My car needed to be towed and work completed on it. I was told one price for towing then was charged another price. It took them months to complete the work on my car. Everytime I called I was told "I'll have to ask the mechanic and get back to you." Well I was told this almost Everytime I called and never got a call back. I understand with covid and parts being sometimes delayed it can take longer but this was ridiculous. I explained right from the begining it was my only vehicle. When I Finally got my car back it was over the cost they told me, wasn't fixed right. Still had same problem that caused my car to break down. So frustrated and disappointed.
