The professional, patient and compassionate staff make a very emotional process "softer". This being such a welcome and needed relief, second only to the amazing artistry of the memorial... thank you for what you do, you are appreciated!
I found staff to be very pleasant and knowledgeable, they were very helpful in guiding me through the process as well as patient as I decided on my selection of stone and tribute. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend.
