I can’t say enough about Neave. It is the most professional and attentive service company I have had experience with. Work was finished ahead of schedule. Every aspect of the pool, patio and stone wall were done with the highest quality. Our pool, which was built in 1970, needed major repairs. Other pool companies advised us to simply build a new pool but Neave came up with a solution to repair it, the bluestone deck and a crumbling stone wall. Last summer we noticed our beautiful in ground pool was losing water fast. We performed a DIY test (Bucket test) to confirm the leak. We researched several pool and spa companies in our area and came across Neave Pools - a company specialized in installation maintenance and repair of pools and spas. A pool leak specialist conducted a pressure test and other technical procedures in order to map the pipe system and pinpoint the exact location of the leak. Over the weekend my hot tub (pool and hot tub designed and constructed by Neave) had an issue and all the water drained out. Given the single digit temps I ran the risk of damaging all the equipment. Neave was tremendously responsive. The tech, Scott, was onsite multiple times to address the issue and restore all services. He was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the process. Highly recommend their pool services!
