In other words, she was the dishonest one. She took her money and her repaired shoe, and then, on top of that, filed a complaint with the bank demanding a refund of another $25! Not to mention the poor attitude she displayed while other people were present

Totally dishonest business. They make you pay in advance, in full, upfront. I left an item there for over three weeks and they didn’t look at it. When I asked for my money back, they refused. She gave me some crazy excuse about taxes. I will never go back.

I had these Lucky ankle cowboy boots that I almost threw out. The heels were in bad shape. Then I decided to bring them for repair and see if I could give them a new life. The job they did was amazing. Not only did they give them a great heel replacement, they redid the bottom of the sole and shined the leather up. Great price and the commitment to deliver a beautiful renewed pair of boots was awesome!

I brought a leather backpack in for a zipper replacement. After two delays, I was left extremely disappointed in the low quality zipper that was used. It does not zip or unzip smoothly. The bag was also stitched rather poorly, with some areas left untrimmed. For the $100+ paid, this is not what I expected.
