Dr. Rubenstein is great. However the front desk older lady I spoke to at the time of check in was incredibly rude. She had spoken about a no show and fee attached. While I was trying to explain that I never had a no show and since this was my second visit, should that not have been brought to my attention the last time I was there, she kept interrupting me, spoke down on me and would not let me even try to get to the bottom of the issue.

She used words like “this is the last I want to hear of this”, while actively accusing me. It was like she was spoiling for a fight. This is my first negative Google review in all of my 33 years so that must tell you how upset I… read full review

Well if you can have a favorite doctor this is the place I I would recommend... I have been a patient for quite some time and they make me feel as though I am going to an old-time doctor who really cares about what I say

Firstly, Dr. Rubenstein is an amazing professional who i trusted instantly, and his care continues to be excellent.
However, do not trust anything the reception or billing say and get everything in writing. I missed my first appointment, and when I came in again was asked to pay a missed appt fee. I agreed, and then was told that it would be waived as a courtesy since they normally waived first appt fees anyway. I was very happy with this, and went on my way, only to receive a call a month later, two hours before my next appointment, telling me I owed 75$ still.
