I have been seeing Dr Foster for many years and I am never disappointed with the care I get, he is very thorough and straightforward. I see many doctors and I have had drs not give me the time or day to explain and them listen to my concerns and health complaints. I would recommend this dr. I had worked in the medical field for many years and I see some complain about the office staff, I agree no matter what office you goto improvement is needed. The office staff has many duties so I give a lot of slack because there will be errors. Everyone is under a lot of pressure and stress these days.

I have been a patient for over 30 years, Dr. Foster has saved my life twice, Dr.Rubinstein has saved my grandson once, Amy Kelly is the best, the staff is amazing and couldn't be nicer. Highly recommend this group, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I have been going to Hudson Valley Primary Care for 28 years. Dr. Foster is an excellent diagnostician and the office always makes room to get our family in when we need it. The office is supportive. I am an RN and We consider this practice the best in the Hudson Valley.
