I had a wonderful experience with them. Jon was quick to call me back, got to the house in a few days, and promptly delivered a comprehensive report. He was quick to answer any questions I had and was through in his explanation. I would highly recommend their service and look forward to continuing the relationship for future needs. Thanks again.
I had the pleasure of working with Jon as my home inspector and had a great experience from start to finish.
He was professional and extremely thorough. Jon took the time to explain what the issues meant and what kind of repairs might be needed. As a buyer, that level of clarity made a huge difference and helped me feel more confident in my decisions.
His report was clear and well-organized and he made himself available afterwards to answer follow-up questions, which I really appreciated.
I would absolutely recommend Jon, he's knowledgeable, honest, and communicative.
We recently used Genuine Home Inspections for a property that my husband and I are buying. Jonathan was extremely professional and thorough. He spent about two hours at the property, checking every single outlet, faucet, window, and crawlspace. He provided the inspection report within 48 hours and gave detailed recommendations. His price was very reasonable and we highly recommend him!
