We had such a great experience with Genuine Home Inspections! It was our first time buying a house and having Jon help us through the inspection in a meticulous manor made us feel at ease. Genuine Home Inspections, LLC (Jon) did a great job explaining his findings with photos after an inspection of our crawl space. The day of the appointment, the he arrived on time, was very professional in explaining the process that would be needed to remove the mold. And the final report was extremely detailed. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a mold inspection.
