They say first impressions are everything. South Shore Animal Hospital has gained my trust. I am a new dog owner with a currently 6 month old Black Lab Mix named Luke. I had been looking to get established with a Vet and had been doing some research. But when Luke had some issues that needed attention I started frantically calling places to be met with a lot of rudeness and no availability. I found South Shore and booked an appointment online for the soonest available which was 3 days later. Dr.Mansfield is great with my dogs. Very honest and never tries to make me do any unnecessary procedures or injections. Highly recommend him for all your pet care needs. The front desk staff are very polite as well. Beautiful new facility.
Our precious cat Paris had skin problem for a long while. We finally went to see doctor Jason Mensfield. Paris is a private distant (especially after she got skin lesion) but loveable cat. We were worried that she was going to fight and scratch everybody. But Dr. Mensfield took his time, approached her gently. That calmed her down first. Dr wasn’t rushing he took his time checked everything. He diagnosed immediately. He listened to us carefully and he explained everything to us in detail. He gave her medication and he said she will recover within two weeks. Also he checked her eyes carefully.
