TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Michelle and Cathy are amazing. My son cannot see without his glasses. He was late for work with broken frames. We went to Eye Supply to have them fixed and the lenses were good but not the frames. He has special lenses because his vision is so bad. Well these amazing ladies went above and beyond for us!! Cathy and Michelle found the same frame his lenses were in, at a store from all the way in Garden City and Cathy drove to get the frames for us! My son lost his second pair of glasses and would have been in a heap of trouble. They were wonderful. We got the new frames and we ordered a second spare pare. WONDERFUL. The staff was great, very welcoming and very accommodating. Cathy was super friendly and helpful. We were having trouble finding the proper coverage I had, but she was able to figure it out; as well as help me pick out my nee frames. As for Dr. Cohen; she was super friendly and professional. She made my eye exam a lot easier by offering certain alternatives and helped me get a new prescription. I came to this location over 10 years for an emergency and was happy to know they are literally down the road from me. I will continue to come to this location for the foreseeable future.
I have been going to OPTYX (Eye Supply) for about 10 years or more and have always been satisfied with the service I have received. They go above and beyond sometimes. I recently received a very thorough eye exam in the Wantagh office.
