I’ve been going since they opened, my technician left and haven’t been happy since. They speak Chinese to each other and some don’t understand English. I’ve made appointments and and they have been written down wrong . I’ve had to wait. I will say the owner is excellent and they massages are great.

I left a nail salon in Merrick to be a customer at Miss U based off a recommendation of a friend. I haven’t been back to the other salon. The main reason I switched salons was due to ambiance/cliental and not service.I can honestly say the service at Miss U is exceptional. I usually try to make an appointment but today I didn’t and called beforehand. The manager was able accommodate me today, a holiday (Labor Day). They were busy.The manager could see I was eyeing gel and he (helped me) match the color to my nails. Miss U Nails is a very good salon up in Long Island. Finding a place a near me to do some Pinterest inspired nails or even some Chinese nail art is very hard without breaking the bank. They take their time in doing your nails and helps you with anything you need. Upon doing my nails they always make sure you’re okay with the shape and design before moving onto the next step. Highly satisfied
