Dr. Arena was recommended to me a little over a year ago. From the first moment I met her, I had a very high level of comfort and trust with her. It ended up I needed to have major work on my entire top arc (I knew that going in from a prior dentist). I needed dental surgery as well as 6 implants. The work I needed was extremely complicated and would take over 1 year.
During the entire process Dr. Arena (Jane) was very thorough and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She explained everything to me as we went through the various stages. I’ve been coming to this dentist office for a while now, and every visit is consistently excellent—largely thanks to Alice, the hygienist. She is truly a gem. Alice is incredibly gentle, thorough, and always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why. She makes cleanings comfortable and even enjoyable, which is saying a lot! Her friendly demeanor and professionalism put me at ease every time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ oral health and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for someone who’s skilled, kind, and attentive, ask for Alice—you won’t be disappointed!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jane Arena!!! She got me in right away after I told her about my pain that I was experiencing. I came in full of anxiety and her calm & sweet nature put my uneasiness to rest almost immediately. Dr. Arena’s staff is just as pleasant and professional as her. I will always recommend Dr. Arena!!!
