A series of traumatic injuries led me to experience moderate to horrific pain in the sacroilliac area for three months. I got relief from two osteopaths, who were wonderful, but the pain, including spasms in my upper thigh, kept returning and increasing in intensity to the point where, three months later, I was really worried, frustrated, and unsure what to do next.
