I found Dr. Rubin to be very caring and thorough. He found my 'clogged tear ducts' and called in a prescription. He tested me for corrective lenses. I think he is 'outstanding' . Also, I found the nurses to be wonderful; Ms. Marie fit me into his schedule! The BEST!
