Mr. Kin Li is professional, timely, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I received a verbal overview after the inspection, and a full, detailed report with recommendations including pictures later the same day, which I was very thankful for as we were working on a super tight timeline.

I appreciate having a peace of mind by getting some assurance that there should be no crazy surprises in terms of renovation needs.

Mr. Li arrived early for inspection of new home I was purchasing. He was very thorough. He inspected every aspect of house that was possible. He answered every question that I had. He discussed potential issue that may come up with house in future in great detail.
