We bought an unusual house with a history of roofing issues, and Ron took the time to assess everything and really understand how best to approach our situation. Darlene was my contact for scheduling, materials selection and questions, and she was a pleasure. When Matt and crew came to do the work, we were so impressed. They were meticulous with the job, which included some creative problem-solving. But, more than that, they were kind, to us and to each other. Also, the crew was here for a solid week, working over a holiday weekend, during a stretch of very hot weather, but Matt had them knock off early when needed, to avoid the worst heat. I really appreciated that they were all family members and friends. I just can't recommend Ferris enough.“
