I am SO thankful I found this excellent company - my Genie garage door opener had a mechanical failure, and I did an online search. Bigger company in Rochester couldn't do anything for 2 days (emergency call, more $$) or a 'regular' visit in a week.. what?? My car is trapped in my garage! Spoke with Linda at the office, and she arranged a service call. Doors plus More showed within a few hours, analyzed the problem quickly, even did an extra repair on the aging side rail, and it was good to go... for an extremely reasonable price. Doors Plus more was fantastic. I called them, they responded promptly, and sent a technician out in less than 24 hours. The tech Jessie was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was in and out in less than 2 hours and installed my new opener, and my dog loved him as well !!!. I would recommend Doors Plus more to anyone who needs their garage door serviced. 5 stars.
