“The folks at Northern are incredible. They truly care about their customers in ways that are completely uncommon these days.

Today I had a tree come down and puncture my roof, shatter my attic fan cap and crack my solar sun tunnel. I called Steve having done a recent roof and front door replacement project with him. He immediately got a Northern crew over and within 3 hours, what was a disaster was completely fixed.

Despite the dropping temps, rain and total darkness, these guys not only fixed the problems, but also checked and replaced other damaged shingles they found. They made sure the job wasn’t just done, but done right.

“A few months ago, I had the privilege to speak with Steve from Home Pro to have a new shingle roof put on my home. Steve kept in contact from start to finish. On the installation day, the crew of five arrived promptly on time and began to work on my roof. Large tarps were strung from my gutters to the ground to keep all siding, landscape and the perimeter of my home protected from the removal of the old roofing material with the utmost care. All new materials were professionally installed impeccably in a way I have never experienced. During the install, a member continuously removed all debris and nails. After the install, I received a call from Steve and Bill, (one of the owners), asking if I was completely satisfied with the workmanship and cleanup of the job. “Darren installed gutter guards on my new house last year. During the estimate, he gave us a detailed explanation, thoroughly comparing different products and explaining the pros and cons of each. Less than a week later, they came to install the system, and the process went smoothly.

What I want to especially praise, however, is their outstanding after-sales service. About a month after installation, a tree branch from my backyard fell and hit the gutter guard. I asked Darren to come and take a look to see if there was any damage. He came promptly and inspected it for free, confirming that everything was fine. Although the damage was caused by my own tree (and not Darren’s responsibility), he still came out and checked it at no cost.

A few days ago, while flying a drone, I noticed that part of the gutter guard was bent. It turned out that the roof shingles had been improperly installed by the home builder, which caused the distortion. Again, this clearly wasn’t Darren’s fault. But when I reached out for help, he came over once more—without hesitation—and replaced the bent section of the gutter guard for free.

So, I want to say: when you purchase products and services from D&D, you’re not just buying the product—you’re also getting their commitment to quality service.
