Five stars. Paul and the team at Serrano II Roofing were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the crew was professional and efficient, and the cleanup was far better than I expected for a full roof replacement. Paul made the entire process easy and gave me confidence that the job would be done right. The new roof looks great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
The team replaced 2 skylights in my living room. Paul was very communicative from the beginning and walked through what the process would look like. Scheduling was quick and the crew arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done. They also kept a clean work area and were professional.
I was pleased that I was explained the options and process in a layman's manner and Paul even was able to recommend a solar installer to remove and reinstall 2 panels that were in the way. This saved me hassle from trying to find someone myself.
It's been about 1 year since and the skylights are still crystal clear and looking great.
I was away for only a few days and when I returned I was faced with a flooded home. I was recommended to try Serrano 2 Roofing and they exceeded my expectations. Paul and his crew arrived immediately and set to work, they were able to stop the leaks and fix the roof good as new. As I am in my senior years, I am able to sleep well knowing my roof remains above me and not on me.
