I have nothing but good things to say about these guys and am recommending them to anyone. I had a hole in my roof and needed a complete roof replacement. They responded quickly to tarp the hole and stop the leak, then they went above and beyond helping me to negotiate with the insurance company, saving me real money. The crew that did the full roof replacement worked as hard and as efficiently as I have ever seen a crew work, and did a great job. Serrano's communication and follow through was excellent throughout the entire process. These guys are really good at what they do.
Thirteen years ago Ovid replaced my windows and put siding on my townhouse. They did an excellent job in a short amount of time. After all these years I noticed the trim around my windows needed some attention. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful ad gave me all the information and approximate cost. Knowing the quality of the work, after this repair I will be needing a new roof soon and will be sure to have them do it.
Five stars. Paul and the team at Serrano II Roofing were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the crew was professional and efficient, and the cleanup was far better than I expected for a full roof replacement. Paul made the entire process easy and gave me confidence that the job would be done right. The new roof looks great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
