I live locally and sometimes like to treat myself to the spa. The deep tissue massage is INCREDIBLE (I’ve been to JJ and Judy) but my facial was terrible- she slathered a bunch of stuff on my face, did some extraction and made no difference in my skin for over $250.
I feel the need to address how disappointed I was during my last visit. I booked an 80 minute massage for 6pm , they are open until 8:00. My massage began at 6:20 and was over at 7:20- not 80 minutes. I exited to find that all the amenities had been cleaned and closed up. I could not even get water as the water cooler was gone. I was looking forward to 15 minutes in the sauna to end the night and relax my muscles after deep tissue work, but the sauna was turned off and ice cold a full 40 minutes before closing. I find it so unprofessional to make your guests feel rushed and unable to use the amenities that they PAID for. Disappointing to say the least.

The spa here is so nice. Great amenities. Relaxing ambiance. Cookie is an amazing masseuse. I love getting a facial done by Jacqueline. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Attended the Floating Sound Bath and it was the best sound bath I have ever experienced. Floating while immersed in sound all around you just enhanced the experience. I have attended many sound baths and always find the one down side is the discomfort of laying on a yoga mat on the floor. laying flat for an hour always distracts me from full relaxation but that doesn’t happen when floating. It’s a full hour of deep relaxation and comfort. I didn’t want it to end. Looking forward to the next one.

A bit out dated...entered our room to find fridge had someone's drink in it....was there for a special occasion and the woman who was to make everything run smooth was rude,no concern for disabled getting around. Desk gentleman wasn't very friendly. Cocktail hour was just ok. And was made to pay for bottles of water after spending so much money...

I attended the floating Sound Bath and I have to say I enjoyed it very much. The best part was the wonderful array of instruments used. I felt like I was transported to another space and time. I was very relaxed during and after. I felt at peace and I slept very well that evening. I chose to enjoy this experience poolside in the cushioned lounge chair. I find it very hard and actually impossible to lie on a hard floor for an hour. The cushioned lounge chair was comfortable and made it all that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this sound bath journey and will definitely be going back.

The property looks nice when you first drive up, but unfortunately the experience did not match the appearance. The food was disappointing, and while the room itself was acceptable, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. We were also required to use the service elevator to reach our room, which felt very odd and unprofessional for a place that presents itself as a spa resort.
The biggest letdown was the spa. I booked a facial expecting a relaxing, high-quality treatment, but it felt extremely routine and impersonal. At one point a towel was placed on my face that smelled burnt, which was very unpleasant and concerning. The treatment itself felt rushed and lacked the level of care you would expect from a spa experience. I don’t even think she change the sheets from the last person . It was hard for me to relax between the smell of the towels and the sheets on the table .
After the facial, I chose to leave instead of staying to enjoy the rest of the spa facilities. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations and did not reflect the quality a spa destination should .
