“Easy and extremely fast. My dog and I were in, treated and released within 15 minutes. I did have an appointment, but it was still very fast.“

“Service was prompt and courteous. This was the first time I met with new veterinary staff, Dr. Natasja DeFiores, who was kind and performed a thorough examination on my cats. One of them is on chronic medication, and she had lab work drawn at the appointment, on Friday. Dr. Natasja (her choice, rather her last name, I think to clarify from her husband, the other vet in the practice, with the same last name) messaged me the next day, Saturday, to let me know that my cat's bloodwork was looking good. I much appreciated the timely follow up and reassuring news. My only complaints are two small things that the office likely has a little control over. Typically I am able to obtain 100 of my cats pills for a prescription, which gets me through almost a year. However, because of lack of availability in the medication, they were only able to give me 30. I know there are medication shortages everywhere, including in human medicine, so I do not fault the practice for this problem. The other thing is that the office now appears very sterile. There is almost nothing on the white walls, where they used to be cute pictures of clients' pets, cat and dog magazines, and a warm feeling of welcome. Having visited this practice for more than 20 years, my guess is that this has to do with the fact that it is now part of a larger corporation, which may not value that community feeling the office used to have. Nonetheless, this is not a reflection on the vets themselves or the thorough care they provide.“

“Staff were super kind and accommodating. Unfortunately our visit went from surgery to having to put our furry friend to sleep. Throughout the process they were thoughtful and kind. They made it easier for us during such a hard time. Would absolutely recommend !“

“Started bringing my puppy there since he adopted us in 2020. They were open and accommodating all thru Covid. Pup knows many faces and feels comfortable when I say " we're going to see Dr Geegan"Have shopped other vets and NAH is excellent and have better pricing than others.They most definitely put best interest of your pet in forefront“

“Normanside veterinary clinic Was able to schedule me in as a new patient.They they saw my rabbit the next day. I was extremely happy with the staff and the doctor Who who did a complete examination Of our little holland loppered rabbit. I would definitely recommend normanside to anyone with a rabbit.“

“If you are reading this review, you most likely have a pet. The word "pet" minimizes the relationship, the bond you have established with this, albeit furry member of your family. VCA Shaker acknowledges their patients by extending a tender approach in their care. My late chihuahua, a rescue, gave us joy for seventeen years. She survived the early onset of a heart condition because the staff of VCA Shaker monitored her condition and provided treatment that would ensure a quality of life for her remaining days. After she crossed the rainbow, Shaker sent condolences, a card signed by every member of the staff who had experienced an exchange with our "fur girl." That makes VCA Shaker more than a business (by the way it is owned by Mars - yup the candy maker) it's a pet sanctuary.“

“This is the BEST veterinarian in the area, hands down. Dr. Jones and her staff are kind, great with the pets, great at explaining things to you. They have always been in communication with our specialists and always call to communicate with us with any results, updates, etc. They always call to ask how the pets are doing. The prices are very reasonable given the cost of vet care today and worth every penny for the great care.“

“The receptionist is very kind and welcoming. I absolutely loved the doctor. She seemed to know my cat's issue and recommended a treatment for him that wasn't too costly. It's not overly busy so I feel like they're not rushing through patience.“
