The receptionist is very kind and welcoming. I absolutely loved the doctor. She seemed to know my cat's issue and recommended a treatment for him that wasn't too costly. It's not overly busy so I feel like they're not rushing through patience.

I brought my cat here after 4 years of misdiagnosed sickness from three other vets. They immediately found the problem and ran the tests. Super good for emergency appointments cheapest around for a good vet. They also are super understanding of financial problems.

While waiting to check out today with my cat, I witnessed a belligerent customer berating the staff member at the front desk. He did a great job attempting to handle this lady and stayed calm and professional. When the woman persisted in an escalated manner, the doctor came out and spent over five minutes trying to de-escalate her. Both the doctor and her front staff employee remained polite and still attempted to help the customer even though she continued to argue with everything they said and was extremely rude and loud.
