My sister and I went here to get our second hole and cartilage pierced. Right away we were greeted and taken in the piercing room by Gene, who was excellent right off the bat. He knew my sister was nervous about the needle, so he told jokes, kept conversation flowing, kept the mood very light, and made sure we were both totally comfortable before piercing. He spent extra time with us, making sure we left feeling confident in how to proceed with aftercare, and told us to call or stop in anytime if something doesn't seem right. I once had a problem receiving a refund but the owner recently contacted me and said he would resolve the problem. I am presently awaiting the refund. Wish me luck . it's now 2/15/2018 and I've still not received my refund. I've called several times to no avail. The customer rep.is actually very nice but unfortunately that does not resolve the issue. For some unknown reason the owner of this company does not resolve issues.
