I'm a local realtor who has sold hundreds of homes in the past 7 years and have attended inspections with a wide variety of inspectors and can wholeheartedly recommend Greg Sanchez. In fact, he has inspected every property I've personally bought in the area. I'm told he has inspected over 17,000 homes during a career spanning over 20 years. The man is a walking encyclopedia of home defects. In fact, in many instances he already has an idea of what we might encounter due to other issues he's found at homes on the same street or built in the same period. He points out the defects he discovers and answers all the buyers questions about these and then delivers his report the same day with detailed notes and pictures. And, as an added bonus he gives the buyer an orientation to the home throughout the inspection and tells them how to properly care for the home systems and then helps prioritize the maintenance issues for after closing. It really is an incredible service and so much better than most other inspectors I've witnessed. I find the people who complain about his inspections typically mention things that either stopped working after they bought the house (but worked at the inspection) or they mention things that cannot be found during a 'visual only' home inspection (and all home inspections are 'visual only' inspections). I will continue to recommend this total pro to my clients. I just wish he would gather more online reviews so my clients will stop choosing far less experienced inspectors just because they have more online reviews.

I highly recommend Dr. Geist and Lysenko Dental. After several years of issues with sleep, headaches, and fatigue, I saw Dr. Geist for a consultation regarding sleep apnea. At the time, I felt pretty desperate and was not getting answers. Dr. Geist listened to everything I had to say, asked me a lot of questions that I hadn't thought of, and told me that we would work together to get to the bottom of the issue, which is what I appreciated the most. She aided me through the process of getting a proper diagnosis and fitted me with a mouthguard to treat mild sleep apnea which has made a substantial difference in my energy levels and mood. I am particularly grateful for the way that Dr. Geist consistently follows up, never brushes off a symptom, and is always willing to make a recommendation or look into something further. The office is always spotlessly clean and everyone working at the practice is kind and considerate. I feel very fortunate to have found this level of care in our area.

Amber from Bloom Salon & Makeup Bar came to our hotel to do myself, my fiancé, and my bridal parties hair for my wedding, and she was INCRECIBLE. We had so much fun with Amber! She listened to what everyone wanted, and executed perfectly!
