the mushroom I had done was exactly how I wanted it.
My sister and I went here to get our second hole and cartilage pierced. Right away we were greeted and taken in the piercing room by Gene, who was excellent right off the bat. He knew my sister was nervous about the needle, so he told jokes, kept conversation flowing, kept the mood very light, and made sure we were both totally comfortable before piercing. He spent extra time with us, making sure we left feeling confident in how to proceed with aftercare, and told us to call or stop in anytime if something doesn't seem right.
