Went in today and was very happy with the service. I had a particular list of wood/cuts that would annoy anyone and they were very patient with me and handled my requests with care. Much appreciated!
I had a great experience at Pelham Lumber today. One of the legs on my daughter’s sofa broke right before she was about to host a movie night with her friends, so we needed a quick temporary solution. I stopped by the store to see if they had anything that could help, and one of the gentlemen there went above and beyond.
He was incredibly kind and patient, and he took the time to understand the situation and helped me find a temporary fix to support the sofa until we can replace the leg. Thanks to his help, my daughter didn’t have to cancel her plans!
