I am a tanned skin Hispanic woman with a lot of dark thick hair - so I thought finding a laser spa that can actually show results would be a little difficult. Berlin Laser changed that thought immediately. I have struggled with a lot of very thick, dark chin hairs for the past year. I tried waxing and tweezing which only led to the hairs growing back thicker and a lot of hyperpigmentation. I also had a lot of hyper pigmentation on my armpits from having to shave so often because of how fast and thick my hairs were. I decided to try Berlin after seeing their affordable & transparent prices. I chose to go with Sara and she has been great. I’m only 2 sessions in and already see a huge difference. My hairs are barely growing back and the ones that do grow back are super thin. My hyperpigmentation drastically lightened up as well with only one session. Sara makes the process super comfortable and quick, she takes her time with you and is sure to help with any concerns.
The front desk is great and never tries to pressure you into any packages.
Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking into laser! I wish I started earlier

As a Black woman, finding a laser clinic that understands how to safely and effectively treat darker skin tones was really important to me. From my first appointment, the staff made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and demonstrated a strong knowledge of treating melanin-rich skin. The treatments have been professional, the clinic is always clean and welcoming, and I’ve already seen great results. I highly recommend Berlin Laser to anyone looking for a team that is experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their clients 💚

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Berlin Laser and will not be returning after completing my 6-session package and 2 single sessions.
One of the biggest issues I had was with their referral program. I referred 3 friends who all confirmed they provided my referral information during their appointments. I even personally confirmed names and appointment dates with the receptionist, who acknowledged that they had all been seen. However, I was later told that only ONE referral was in their system and that the others would not be credited.
What really offended me was the receptionist’s comment that she would “only credit one because it can’t be excessive,” implying that I was somehow trying to cheat the system. I repeatedly explained that I had screenshots and confirmation from all 3 friends proving they gave my referral information correctly. Instead of taking accountability for what appears to be an issue on their end, I was treated with suspicion and disrespect.
My final straw was today. I arrived exactly 10 minutes late to my appointment. There was no one ahead of me, and I walked straight in. The receptionist immediately went to the back and then came out to say I could not be seen because I was “more than 10 minutes late.” When I asked about the policy, she first said “it varies,” then claimed it was a 10-minute policy, and then changed it again by saying that by the time I checked in, it had become 11 minutes late.
The entire interaction felt unnecessary, dismissive, and unprofessional. At this point, it honestly feels like if I were another race, I would not have been treated this way. I will never return to this establishment, and neither will the people I referred.

After looking for a laser hair removal all over, I found Berlin walking close to my job and then I received the add on instagram. I am so happy I bought the package. I am getting full Brazilian and armpits done and the results after the very first session are unbelievable! So much that I was advised to wait a little longer between sessions. The staff is so friendly and Tiffany is the best. I’m recommending it to everyone.

Love this place they’re so sweet and kind. The facility is very hygenuc. They explain the whole process very clearly and make it seamless. Appointments are fast without feeling rushed. The entire staff is very professional and make the appointments comfortable. The facility itself is so pretty. I have wanted to do laser for so long and am so happy I did it with them!

Amazing service for full face, Best staff too Shana and sherine did a great job of fixing my face and I won’t have to deal with shaving for a hour now it takes 5 minutes max to shave. Best prices I’ve seen for anyone that wants to do their face. Would recommend 100%

Really great experience overall. The staff is genuinely nice and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I love the clean, modern aesthetic—it feels calm and well taken care of. The location is super convenient too.
My technician Sherine was incredibly sweet and took the time to explain everything step by step, which made me feel very comfortable. She was clearly knowledgeable and answered all my questions without rushing. Definitely a place I’d recommend and come back to.

First and foremost, the space is beautiful and spotless. I’ve been getting laser for nearly 3 years with different technicians, and this was one of the best sessions by far. The tech, Shauna, was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. She heard my concerns and answered all of my questions to ensure I was well informed. From the moment you reach out to book, to checking out after the treatment, it’s top tier service. I highly recommend you book your treatments here!
