I am a tanned skin Hispanic woman with a lot of dark thick hair - so I thought finding a laser spa that can actually show results would be a little difficult. Berlin Laser changed that thought immediately.
I have struggled with a lot of very thick, dark chin hairs for the past year. I tried waxing and tweezing which only led to the hairs growing back thicker and a lot of hyperpigmentation. I also had a lot of hyper pigmentation on my armpits from having to shave so often because of how fast and thick my hairs were.

As a Black woman, finding a laser clinic that understands how to safely and effectively treat darker skin tones was really important to me. From my first appointment, the staff made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and demonstrated a strong knowledge of treating melanin-rich skin. The treatments have been professional, the clinic is always clean and welcoming, and I’ve already seen great results. The only laser that has ever worked for my hair. Front desk receptionists Sammi and Rachel are literally the sweetest humans and absolutely love all of the laser techs (especially Sara). Prices are so good too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
