“These guys are the best in the Duchess / Putnam area hands down. Having used a few electrians over the years I won't use anybody but Justin and his team at Lippolis. I've had they do some additional wiring I needed to get external power which they did quickly and efficiently but I also had a major power outage that required extensive electrical work. They wasted no time and got me re-energized as quickly as possible. I really can't recommend them enough.“

“I called last week about a completely nonfunctional outlet in my kitchen. Leah told me they were pretty booked up but would call next week. She called me yesterday, Monday and said they can come that day. Yay! They were able to fix the outlet then and there, did a great job and were very helpful explaining what needed to be done. They also checked an outlet behind my stove that I think never worked and told me when I'm ready they will come and fix that (I need a new stove and need that outlet to work).I recommend Fusion Electric, they are now my go-to place for all things electrical.“

“I had an issue with an outside outlet that kept tripping repeatedly. I called White Electric, and immediately received a text and email confirming the date, time, and the name of the electrician who would be performing the work. A wonderful booking experience.

It turned out the problem was simply a bad light causing the outlet to trip, and the outlet housing had been installed upside down. Since there wasn't anything major to fix, I thanked them for their time, and they left. However, after they had left, the electrician called me back to ask if it would be okay to return and flip the housing to its correct position. I was grateful and agreed.

Upon his arrival, he noticed a wire that wasn’t properly insulated and offered to fix it. Not only did he explain how he addressed the issue, but he also took the time to explain amperage and the proper use of the outside outlet. An excellent end of service wrap up!
