I called Norco to come check the panel and see if they could figure out the problem. When George arrived, he knew what the issue was right away -" Sounds like a neutral issue, it's probably a Con Ed issue- but let's test it and confirm". They thoroughly tested the panel and when a high-power usage unit went on 1 leg dropped and the other spiked. They explained the issue to me, what was happening and what could happen if left unresolved. He went outside called con ed, gave them all the relevant info and by that afternoon Con Ed was out to resolve the issue.Highly recommend Norco for the professionalism and knowledge they bring, price was reasonable, and they were very easy to work with.“

They took down a ceiling fan and replaced with a regular hanging light, changed out my bathroom fixture and installed a new electrical outlet in my bathroom without breaking my wall. They are wonderful to deal with, didn't leave a mess, cleaned up and everything was working beautifully. They weren't overpriced and well worth what I did pay. After talking it over, we decided to change the whole thing and put in an intercom system. He came in on Saturday and we wrapped up the remaining bits the next day.
