“You can’t ask for a better dog trainer than Mary Bradford! This is the third time I’ve brought dogs to learn from Mary and her highest priorities are building a positive relationship between you and your puppy, and helping your puppy successfully and contentedly navigate the world around them.

Mary makes sure each session is upbeat and encouraging. We work on a variety of skills in each class. She works with each dog and family to find solutions to individual issues, and provides a tons of resources to expand on training outside of class.

In addition to training classes, Mary offers puppy play classes for puppies 11 - 18 weeks old. Not only do the puppies get to play and learn manners from each other under Mary’s supervision — you get to hang out with a bunch of puppies!

“This place was recommended to me by my former cat sitter, and I’m so glad I found out about it. During my tour, it was clear that they genuinely care about their clients. Both Melinda and Rob are very kind, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The 24/7 camera access was a huge plus, giving me peace of mind while I was away. My cat stayed in the vertical condo, and although I initially worried it might be too small, I was relieved to see her roaming around comfortably. When I picked her up, she seemed happy and well cared for. I’ll definitely be bringing her back!“

“Quality customer service for our first stay. Helped us to feel comfortable, and we had reservations bc it was a new experience for us leaving our senior cat for three days and 2 nights. Parking easy and plentiful (access on street level so wheelchairs wouldn’t be a problem at drop off/pickup.) We called while we were away to inquire if everything was ok and we never felt silly or small by the different staff members. We will definitely use this service again. Also feel it is worthwhile to have as a backup in case we have needs even while we are home in Rochester“
