First time boarding my kitty. We were on the 11 day cruise. I don't think my cat missed me. They spoiled her. I absolutely recommend kitten around my kitty was that stressed at all . When I get my cat home, I think she was looking for the staff. She kind of couldn't believe she was home. I think she missed the staff. It only took about a day for her to get back to her daily routine. Happy to be home, but she was looking for her new friends, what a wonderful job. I have an old cat who's extremely hostile towards anybody who's not me, and I can't say enough about how patient and kind the entire staff was with her. I felt confident that she was safe, comfortable, and well-cared for the entire time I was away (after worrying for months about what to do with her and even debating cancelling my trip). They were very communicative once they realized they probably wouldn't be able to give her her thyroid meds and even came up with a creative solution to ensure she received meds the entire time I was away. Such a kind and caring home away from home for our kitten. He was well taken care of in a clean and attentive environment. The professionalism and attention to detail was reassuring. Highly recommend!
