My 5 star review goes to the staff, specifically Heidi, Denise and Amy. These 3 ladies made the experience. They were very friendly, personable, and attentive. Despite the technological errors that I experienced during my eye exam, they did everything to make it right.

Vision Works in Victor has always had friendly and attentive staff in my experience. When i dropped in for a needed replacement of broken glasses they took the time to help me as quickly as they were able...less than 5 minutes.

I had been to a competitor where the optician was friendly however the store manager was pushing the opticians to speed up to help the next customer. Because of this focus on revenue over customers I did not feel comfortable. So I went online to check out other stores. The opticians at Visionworks are friendly patient and have a sense of humor. The optician, Jason, who took care of me made the experience pleasant, confident, and comfortable.
