Kudos to Board Chair Lauren Dixon for her keynote address at the recent 2021 Tom Hope Memorial Media Scholar Awards Ceremony. Her talk was personalized, positive, and motivating. Lauren gave insightful and memorable advice to our Tom Hope Media Scholars to help them make the transition from being excellent college students to becoming principled professionals. I attended an event at Dixon Schwabl and they sure know how to throw a party at their offices. We were in the front lobby, so easy to navigate what was where. They did a fantastic job with the food and beverage catering. I must say, I'm jealous of the decor, including an indoor slide and fish pond out front. I think I could honestly live in the Mackenzie Childs bathroom, it's adorable. The event was to launch a campaign for the United Way which I'm very excited about, and I think that DS was a perfect spot to host the kickoff.
