Laptop under warranty stopped working. Son without car @ Binghamton University dropped @ Vestal a week ago. U can’t get a person @ actual store to talk to u. Got 4 different answers with status Natl Geek squad 1) Hardware needs to be shipped out 2) Replacement 3) Working on it 4) Fixed & ready to pick up but an actual appt to get is 2 weeks. We paid for a 3 year warranty as fyi with Best Buy.

Kaya was the freaking bomb. My fat fingers screwed up my phone and the geek squad did just what they're called. Kaya as a supervisor took the time and figured it out. He deserves a lot of credit. Thanks Kaya.
Pretty satisfied with the help I recieved in general. They did their best to help me with a significant computer issue, However timely, efficient, and communicative aren't words I'd use to describe the experience. I dropped off on Wednesday just before closing (with an appt), heard nothing back so went to the prescheduled pick up appt on Friday assuming all was fine... they hadn't touched my computer becuase they needed to get ahold of me, but one person supposedly called (I didn't get a call) one time, and didn't leave a voicemail (my voicemail is set up so no reason to not leave a message).
