Blanding is AMAZING!
I'd been having issues with my lights flickering ever since NYSEG replaced my meter with a smart meter. After NYSEG said the issue was a bad neutral and it was my responsibility I called Blanding for an estimate. Their service manager came out and quoted me $1500 but said that NYSEG should have done this repair as part of the meter installation.
David was able to grease the wheels with NYSEG and were able to get the entire line from the weather head to the panel replaced at NYSEG's expense. Once this was complete I had Blanding install a generator hookup and it works perfectly.
