Sarah is the BEST arch expert I've ever been to. I moved to Florida but came home to New York to visit family for Christmas and I absolutely HAD to make an appointment with her while I was home. I can't find anyone in Florida that makes my brows look as bomb as she does !!! I've been to other Ulta Benefit Brow Bars and she tints, waxes, and trims my brows like no other. She takes her time and makes sure you're completely happy with them before you leave. Trust me, just make the appointment!

I didn't get my brows done but I went to the salon to get balayage highlights. It was my first time getting my hair highlighted at a salon and I was a little nervous because I couldn't find many reviews for their salon. However Olivia did an amazing job! The process took over 2 hours and she took her time and didn't rush the process. She answered all my questions and recommended products to use specially for my type of hair. In my opinion the price was reasonable and because it was my first time I received 25% off. The balayage highlights ended up turning out better than I could have expected and I will definitely go back in the future.
