Chip is awesome! you can tell he has been in the business for a long time, this was my second tattoo from him, both times are super quick, communication with what you want is as solid as can be, and I got to witness my first free handed tattoo. absolutely love this newest piece and can't wait till I can have him start my big back piece. definitely recommended.
