When my furnace died out of nowhere, most local HVAC companies were useless — and one [BlueOx Energy of Oxford NY located within a mile of me) even refused to help because I “wasn’t an established customer.” In the middle of winter, with a dead furnace and family of four, I was growing hopeless. Then I found Apollo Heating, and everything changed. They picked up the phone immediately, treated my situation like a real emergency, and had a tech on the road within hours — in subzero weather and an hours drive on back wintery roads I might add. This is my second experience dealing with this company and I am very happy with the service I received Josh took the time to explain everything. We had a lot of questions and he Was in no rush, Made us feel at ease explaining and showing us what was wrong and what was going to be done to solve this problem? I purchased a new furnace. I will continue to keep Apollo on top of my list if I ever need any plumbing or heating repairs.
Very good work in cleaning air conditioner and maintenance. Please make sure that a client with a service agreement has not to pay the service man as he paid on the agreement contract!!!
