We've been bringing our terrier to Kirsten for years, following her from PetSmart to her own place in Conklin and now back to Vestal. Cocoa isn't the most compliant dog and isn't fond of nail trims, but has always loved Kirsten and loves coming home smelling like flowers. While we haven't used other groomers at this location, I have no reason to think they put any less love or care into their work.
We have a long haired cat and she has gone here twice so far and we are very happy with the hair cuts….princess on the other hand 😂 Thank you for being amazing and putting up with princess when she’s not happy
