My ultra sound tech Jami Longo was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was there Dec 9 and was told to schedule 2 weeks from that day. I scheduled Dec 22 instead of 23rd because of the availability. She came into the room immediately saying that she will not do my growth US because it’s not exactly 2 weeks from the last appointment (although it was off by one day) and she also refused to do the uterine segment scan because I quote, word for word “I do not understand the OBSESSION your doctors have with your uterine segment”. The staff seem more concerned about there own conversations than engaging thoroughly with the patients. After I was seen by the Dr. Wignarajah I was told to go to the waiting room, so I did. For 35 minutes waiting no one told me there's no following procedures and that I should check out. Prior to that a staff member was annoyed with me the patient that I wasn't told before going to her room the procedure I was there for.

This place is terrible. I was there for the gyno with my partner and she’s pregnant and needed a cyst drained asap. But they wouldn’t do it that day and said Jennifer would call the next day to set up an appointment but she didn’t call till 5 days later. And by then we already went somewhere else. Just unprofessional and unfriendly. Especially Kerry. All the negative reviews make sense. Find a better place.
