Wow! I was reading the reviews to decide on whether or not I should buy into the membership and I truly reluctant. I understand that customers are not always happy with services but the responses from the business just makes me wonder if something would happen to my vehicle the response I would get. Tone and response speaks volumes! Still on the fence
Well thank you for responding. You are correct a 1 star review was not fair so I will correct that. The bad reviews of customers has not weighed much on my decision but the business response does. I've been washing my car here since they opened. I've had mostly good experiences. I've had 2 bad experiences lately. On the first occasion the entire left side(driver side) of the running board was covered in grease after I went through the wash. I had to make a second run to have it partially removed. One week ago I was going through when heard a loud bang on the driver side. When I inspected I found that the Goulding was ripped out, clips broken. My dealer told me it's going to run me 600 dollars to replace. Mind you, this is a brand new vehicle, 2023 Pathfinder. I'm very skeptical of some of the operators. I... read full review

Recently had to cancel my membership because I moved, but I had the Unlimited pass for 2 of my cars. Great deal for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Wish I had a location where I moved, unfortunately I don't. I doubt the new local places will compare to Ultimate Express. If you get (2) washes in a month it more than pays for itself.
