Bought a Groupon that expired. While it's clear that the promotional value is no longer accepted, the original value never expires. It's very straightforward on both the Groupon certificate and in the fine print. Valerie Bois refused to accept the gift certificate's original value and said purchases from a 3rd party are null and void. I was able to get my purchase refunded through Groupon, but advise others to steer clear of this trap. Unfortunate.
I have been spending a lot of time hunched over othe computer these past few months and developed a terrible stiffness in my neck and back. Val was amazing, her space is clean the environment is therapeutic and she knew just the right spots to hit to leave my back and neck feeling awesome. I have recommended to her to several of my friends and I will be returning soon.
