Premium Physical & Medicine Rehab is a great facility with easy parking and friendly staff. The staff provides solid customer service both in person and over the phone. Dr. Ross is excellent, caring, attentive, and truly committed to my recovery. The only thing missing is hands‑on massage; patients only get machine stimulation, but proper hand massage which I think can be very beneficial for pinched nerve and herniated disc issues.

Premier physical medicine is the best physical therapy spot I’ve been at ever it makes me feel at home but these people make it so much better. Daneil, Alliyah, Ashly, Jackie are the best !!!

Customer service is good, the atmosphere is welcoming, usually decorated with whatever holiday being celebrated. Staff is friendly, with high moral, they know you by name. Overall my experiences, is good.
