I had an issue with my bathroom light and needed service the same day. Rachel was excellent in getting me scheduled that day and kept in communication regarding the time. I recently had my exterior meter pan and service riser replaced, and the team—Shauib Oneill and Manny Papa—did an outstanding job. From start to finish, they were punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable.
They supplied and installed new service riser components, meter pan, masthead, splice blocks, grounding, and replacement breakers to address water intrusion.
