    Horrible haircut all uneven and choppy like it was cut with a knife also the place is Dirty, cockroaches crawling on the wall and garbage cans full of garbage. Owner is also very dishonest and racist. So unprofessional talking about her clients after they leave the store. She really didn't realize I understood Spanish.

    Simply horrible their business skills is not up to par very unfriendly even to other local commuters in their neighborhood I did not like the stylist attitude nor would I ever go back or refer anyone to go back there seems like they can only service their own kindService: Hair coloring

    My girl Fanny always does an awesome job on my hair every month.I had to have my hair done again today and she did another awesome job! You rock girl!????

    First I want to start by saying that I’ve been coming to this Salon for over 7 years and Fanny is Fantastic! She does my hair, my mom and my daughter’s and we always get compliments and people asking who is our colorist! She cares about keeping your hair healthy and recommends you on what suits you best and what doesn’t even if it means she’ll be making less money. Plus she’s so nice an welcoming you really feel at home when being there.Next I want to comment on the previous review because it’s completely UNFAIR and UNTRUE. Coincidentally I happened to be there with my daughter on that day.I saw with my own eyes how Fanny realized her mistake immediately after the lady left the salon, processed the Refund, called her and left a voicemail. The lady CALLED BACK screaming and treating her with putting a bad review of her business because she didn’t give her the “attention she deserves” (in her own words). Fanny remained calmed and polite even though the lady was being very disrespectful.Now you say oh how do you know is the same person on the same day? Believe me she makes herself hard to forget. This is what happened:To start with, Fanny is only taking a limited amount of appointments due to Corona virus precautions. This lady arrived 1 hour early to her appointment demanding to be taken right away. Fanny was about to cut my daughter’s hair and had to stop to do the lady’s color so that she didn’t have to wait so long (Fanny politely ask me permission and I was ok with it and didn’t mind to let my daughter wait a little more). Then she finished with my daughter and proceed to finish my hair while this lady kept complaining she had to go and to do her hair first (mind you it was my appointment time and she was waiting on the color to act).I have A LOT of hair lol so Fanny stopped with me and washed the lady’s hair, put a treatment on it and told her to wait while we finished before styling her. Five minutes later the lady simply stand up very upset because she had been waiting so long and “that’s why she made an appointment” and said she had to leave right away. So she was obligated to stop with me AGAING (which I understand it is not her fault) to go and process the payment. The lady was going back an forth between paying cash or card and Fanny was obviously in a hurry because at this point she had made us wait 3 times.She made a human mistake and processed the payment for the full amount instead of discounting the $50 cash the lady had given her. After she walked out Fanny immediately realized it and refunded the money to her card before calling the customer. I saw her do it because guess what? She had to stop with me again... so Yes I remember everything and No, I am not mad at all at Fanny, she’s very professional and this situation was out of her hands so I totally understand that life happens and she was doing what needed to be done, but now you can understand why I remember the details of that day.I hope this helps and sorry about the long review but I don’t think is fair to put someone’s business and reputation down like that just because of a lye.Services: Hairstyling

    I've been doing my hair with her for 8 years, she's very good!!!!!!! I'm feel sorry for her because 7 days ago one crazy old lady original Chilean coming make her hair and pay with card and later cancel her payments. KARMA is powerful let wait.

    OWNER IS A SCAMMER. Do not go to this salon especially if you plan on paying with your debit card. My mother specifically told Fanny (the owner) to charge $30 on her debit card after she already payed $50 in cash. She checked her bank account afterwords and found that Fanny charged her card $90 on top of the $50 cash. To clarify, a service that should have been $80 ended up costing $170. The owner refused to refund her. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
