I’ve come here a few times and today I came in at 5:28 & it says online that they close at 6:30 and they turned me away with no explanation. I guess they’re closing early today.

I won’t be coming back here, time is valuable and after traveling all the way here to just turn me away when y’all don’t close for another hour is very disappointing.

I always tip and am pleasant so I’m just going to find a new salon moving forward.

I recently moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a go-to spot for weekly wash and blowouts. Unfortunately, I will never be returning to this establishment due to the owner’s incredibly deceitful business practices.
My experience involved a bait-and-switch on pricing that changed three times in 24 hours:
1. The Quote: I visited two days ago, showed a photo of the color I wanted, and was quoted $250 by an English-speaking staff member.

Found this place on the web. Both ladies working today were nice. I asked for wash, cut and blow. The woman who took care of me didn’t listened to details. I have well (past tense, had long hair). She cut more than I asked. I asked for layers over layers and for my hair to be flowi once done with the blow. But instead she cut way too much of my hair and by the time she was done my hair was shorter than I wanted and flat. Charged me $90 bucks! 🙄🙄 I tipped her because she worked hard and felt bad leaving and not tipping. The One Star ⭐ is for Effort!

I came home and fixed my hair myself and it looks amazing now.
